Orthodontic consultation	£95
An extensive clinical examination to include all radiographs, study models and photographs with a discussion of the diagnosis an the possible orthodontic treatment options.
Orthodontic Treatment
All fees should be taken as a guide. Costs may vary according to the complexity of the orthodontic treatment required.
Correction of upper and lower arches using the Invisalign technique	(from) £4500
Correction of upper and lower arches with fixed appliances using the latest Damon technology	(from) £4300
Correction of malocclusion with removable appliances	(from) £500
Correction of malocclusion with functional appliances	(from) £1000
Replacement of removable retainer after one years treatment	£75
Appointment per visit post active treatment	£60

Fees Included

• All necessary orthodontic appliances
• Instruction in appliance care, oral hygiene and dietary advice with the hygienist over two visits including an introductory oral hygiene kit
• Technical and laboratory costs plus repair of broken or damaged appliances
• Correspondence and administrative costs
• Provision of first set of orthodontic retainers as appropriate and supervision of retainers for one year

Fees Do Not Include

• Any dental treatment required by patient's own dentist
• The replacement of lost or severely damaged appliances including repeated breakages
• Missed appointments will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee due to high administrative costs unless twenty-four hours notice is given
• Supervision of retainers beyond a year following the completion of active treatment
• Mouth guards
